Thanks to Kids Helping Kids from First United Methodist Church in Columbia for their help in sending some other kids to camp.
This group really knows how to raise money. When they were having their bake sale one sweet face came up to me and said “Sir would you like to buy this bag of cookies for $20.00?” (much to the horror of her Mother, who happened to walk up about that time) Her Mom said, “Honey, it is supposed to be $2.00.” The sweet face looked up and said, “But it is faster this way.” What a fun group!!
